It was very clean and tidy. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Please update your location on Google maps because we couldn't find the place at first using the location you shared or found on google maps also the number provided goes to voicemail so we thoughtwe were scammed. Fortunately when typing in Patryslaagte we finaly found the place.
The property is also not in a great location next to the N2 but luckily the noise of the road was not too disturbing.

The best things: the warmth of Lezette's welcome; and the cleanliness. Everything was spotless. Very basic, no frills, but I liked that about it. I had a book launch to attend at Liberty's Books (strongly recommend a visit to this incredible indie bookstore, at Peregrine Farm Stall, which also has the best pies), so the location was super-convenient.
It's not really a complaint, but the room was very chilly. I am sure that Lezette would have brought me a heater or electric blanket if I had asked (and there were extra blankets in the room), but I was fine with my hot-water bottle. Also have no grounds for complaining about cold given that I swam in the pool in the morning!
