We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have been happier with this home. Tim was incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive with communication, making the entire experience stress-free. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests having a great stay.The home was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the peaceful neighborhood while still being just a short drive from downtown Prescott, Thumb Butte, and everything else we wanted to explore over the holiday weekend. After busy days out, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax.We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years, and this was definitely one of the better experiences. Great home, great location, and an outstanding host. Thank you, Tim, for helping make our Prescott trip so enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The property was perfect. It had 4 bedrooms, although we only needed 2 of them. The kitchen was well-equipped, the yard was huge (our dog loved it) and the neighborhood was very quiet, yet friendly as neighbors passed by. There are dog-friendly restaurants nearby, lots of walking and bike paths. We just had a wonderful time here.

One of the most welcoming short terms I’ve stayed in. Drinks in the fridge set up nicely. Some snacks. The welcome book. Plenty of space and comfortably fit everyone. Lots of updated things and it’s very noticeable that they put effort into the little things. At first the code didn’t work but the pm picked up within the first few rings and got me in right away. Quiet, cozy house w nice serene exterior.

The Good: The house was clean, well-appointed and comfortable, located far enough in the woods for peace and quiet, yet close enough to town to take advantage of activities. A great base of operation for a vacation. Unfortunately, we were in town for a weekend-long function that didn't allow any time for anything except sleeping, which was fine as the beds were very comfortable.
The (minor) bad: It took almost an hour to gain entry to the house upon arrival. The code I was given didn't work and the backup physical key couldn't be found. But Devon, the guest contact, was very helpful and got me into the house before the rest of the family arrived.
Also, the house has a tankless water heater which struggled to provide hot water to the more distant bathrooms. Most of the family suffered through cold showers.
These issues aside, this is a great choice if you have a large travel group and want to avoid booking multiple hotel rooms or simply want to someplace to hide out for a while. I do recommend.
