Welcome to "La Californienne" bright wooden house, located only 20 minutes walk from the beach. Let yourself be seduced by its warm and modern atmosphere, sublimated by a neat decoration. Bright and south-facing, it opens onto a large green garden, ideal for moments of relaxation in complete privacy. Enjoy the calm of this unique place, perfect for a relaxing stay, between sea and nature. You will feel at home, with a change of scenery guaranteed!
The accommodation
The house, on one level, benefits from a beautiful luminosity thanks to its south-facing living rooms and its large bay windows. As soon as you enter, enjoy large spaces and impressive high ceilings.

- Comfortable living room with flat screen TV and wifi
- Fully equipped open kitchen
It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, as well as a mezzanine bedroom, which can accommodate up to 9 people for a most pleasant stay:
- Master suite with a 160 cm bed, bathroom
with shower and double sink
- A bedroom with a 140 bed
- A bedroom with a 140 bed + a mezzanine with a 140 bed and a single bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
Outside, a large garden awaits you, with a covered wooden terrace and a dining table to enjoy alfresco dining. At the entrance to the house, there is a space to park two cars.

The garage is not accessible.
