Great location in a quiet suburb. Great to have a washing machine. Cozy apartment for one adult and 2 children. Cool having a balcony to look at the view.

Amazing property, easy check in and superb cleanliness. Staff super helpful and quick to return clean towels and take rubbish away. The kitchen and washer/dryer is incredibly handy.
It’s very close to Nishi-Nippori station which is on the Yamanote Line and makes it easy to get to many places in Tokyo without multiple line changes. There are also great chain restaurants (Sushiro, Saizeriya) and Izakaya nearby.
There is a train track that runs very close to the hotel and passes every 5-10 mins but they have soundproofed the doors which dampens the sound a lot. You definitely do not notice it if you have the TV on and none of my family found it impacted their sleep.
We will definitely be using this hotel the next time we come to Tokyo!
