This incredibly spacious 7-bedroom home spans 3,600 square feet across two stories and is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with room for everyone! Nestled in the prestigious Bear Trap Dunes community, this massive retreat comfortably accommodates up to 20 people, making it the ultimate destination for multi-generational reunions or large group getaways. The home features modern conveniences like an attached garage with a 240v EV charger and an incredible upstairs bonus room designed specifically for entertainment. Whether you are enjoying the serene, wooded backyard from the sundeck or catching the shuttle to Bethany Beach, this estate provides a premier resort experience.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Main Level
The first floor features a bright, open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a large center island. The space flows naturally into the dining and living area, complete with a gas fireplace and a large TV. This level houses the first of two Primary Suites (King), two additional guest bedrooms (Full+Twin and Full beds), and a powder room.
Upper Level
The second floor includes a second Primary Suite (King) and two guest bedrooms (Full+Twin and 2 Twins) connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The highlight of this level is the massive Bonus Room, featuring built-in bunk beds, a foosball table, a combination table tennis/pool table, and a large sectional sofa with a TV—a perfect retreat for kids and teens!
Outdoor Living
Gather in the fresh air on the covered front porch, the screened-in back porch, or the expansive sundeck. The peaceful, wooded backyard provides a private setting for barbecues using the provided gas grill.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.

-There is parking for 4 vehicles.

We really enjoyed our time at this rental. The kitchen was great with a lot of items already at the house. We especially loved the amount of place settings since we were a large group! The only feedback we have would be for some updated/cleaner comforters that came with the rental.

We enjoyed our stay and found the house very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is: the owner should supply pool passes. And a hairdryer for each bathroom.

Everything was great EXCEPT for the upstairs AC did not work on first night, was 82 degrees up there first night. Luckily, it was 52 and 54 the next 2 days. Will be back, though hopefully AC is checked before we arrive.
