The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Pescara Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

- EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

- EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.

- From Pescara Centrale Station, you can reach the accommodation in 50 minutes by shuttle bus by taking Line 21 to the “Francavilla al Mare Viale Tosti” stop and continuing on foot.
