Located peacefully on the heights of Sarlat, just 2 kilometres from the town centre, this large 200m2 family holiday home offers an ideal setting for a rejuvenating stay in Dordogne. Fully equipped to accommodate up to 12 travellers, you will be seduced by its vast enclosed garden, heated private swimming pool and its 40m2 furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying beautiful summer evenings with the barbecue at your disposal. It is the ideal starting point for a family or friends' stay in Périgord.



*The swimming pool is open from 15 April to 26 September and heated to 25 degrees from early May (depending on the outside temperature)



Pass through the front door and discover a large, warm living space, comprising a large dining table and a cosy lounge with sofa, television and decorative fireplace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, blender and an air fryer) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine.



The house has 5 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – ground floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), 1 chest of drawers and direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 – ground floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm), 1 wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 3 – first floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and 1 chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 – first floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and 1 chest of drawers.

Bedroom 5 – first floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), 2 single beds (90x190 cm) and 1 chest of drawers.



Two bathrooms are at your disposal: one on the ground floor, equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, the other upstairs with a shower and bathtub. The accommodation also has two separate toilets.



For your comfort, a washing machine, a travel cot, a high chair, as well as an ironing board and iron are provided.

You will also find a billiard table upstairs for your entertainment.



You will be able to park easily in the closed courtyard of the accommodation.
