Two open directly onto the front porch, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the morning air, while the primary includes an ensuite. The remaining bedrooms are served by two additional bathrooms—one with a shower over a bathtub and another with a walk-in shower beside the laundry, complete with a washer and dryer for extended stays.

A rear gate provides quick access to the historic Forgandenny Guesthouse, where you can enjoy a game on the tennis court (BYO rackets). Three driveway parking spaces and free street parking make arrival easy. With split system air conditioning and heating in the living, dining, and all bedrooms, along with ceiling fans, the cottage stays comfortable in every season.
