Great house for a group and a beautiful area of Springfield. Host was communicative and check in/out was very easy. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was very clean. It appeared to have been remodeled in the last few years (except for the bathroom in the master suite). The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and only 10 minutes from restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of extra towels. It made for a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind after a busy day out.

We had a really good stay at this rental. The home is in a lovely neighborhood, with tree lined streets and greenery all around. The home was clean and well furnished. The check in was simple and well-documented. The rear deck is large and has very nice furniture and top of the line gas grill. Wi-fi was fast and cable tv is available. When we called to ask for additional towels, a representative brought them to us within the hour. Recommend this rental!

Our stay was great! The host communicated and welcomed us. Everything that was provided was so helpful for our family. The house was very spacious. It is in a great and quiet location. Close enough to the capital, local stores and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone!
