We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Coconut Grove! From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the privacy provided by the gated entrance and fencing—it truly felt like a peaceful retreat.The covered patio was a favorite spot for our group, offering plenty of shade and a comfortable place to relax outdoors. Inside, the home was just as impressive. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, making it easy to enjoy meals together, and the laundry room was such a convenient added bonus.One of the biggest highlights for us was that each bedroom had its own bathroom—this made getting ready to go out so much easier for everyone. The living area was also incredibly comfortable, with ample seating so we could all gather and spend time together.Overall, the home was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and perfect for our stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to others!

My family had a great, comfortable stay overall! The house is clean and well stocked, and we were able to do laundry and use the dishwasher for our longer stay. We enjoyed walking to coconut grove, and around the neighborhood as well. Having 3 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms was super helpful for everyone to have their own space. We had a few minor issues at the start of the trip. The door code wasn’t programmed or wasn’t working upon arrival, but we were able to get in touch with the property manager immediately for remote access and a master code. Communication was easy and they were very responsive. Value wise, the place was pricy (but that’s Miami I suppose). After the nightly charge, we were also charged a 35 waiver fee and would have been charged an extra 113 for the correct number of occupants. We were a group of 6 but for some reason VRBO had us listed as 4. For transparency sake, it would have been nice to see in the listing that the price goes up after 5 occupants and that there would be a waiver or deposit fee. Overall, still a great stay and we recommend this place
