Welcome to this superb Normandy thatched cottage, completely renovated, just 100 meters from the beach of Deauville. Nestled in a green and peaceful setting, this house combines traditional charm and modern comfort for stays with friends or family.

With a surface area of 320 m² on two levels, it can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom and hammam for 4 people. The house has 3 additional bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and library, and a large dining room for up to 14 guests around the table.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a 60 m² south-facing terrace, ideal for meals in the sun or summer evenings. The large enclosed garden of 1,000 m² offers a safe space for young and old, in a quiet and green environment.

Travelers particularly appreciate the immediate proximity to the beach, as well as the possibility of reaching in a few minutes the center of Deauville, its market, its shops, its restaurants and its famous seafront.

The region is full of activities for all tastes: horseback riding on the beach, the famous golf courses of Deauville and Saint-Arnoult, the picturesque villages of the Pays d'Auge to discover (Beuvron-en-Auge, Beaumont-en-Auge, Cambremer...), the D-Day landing beaches less than an hour away, or nature walks between the sea and the Normandy countryside.

This house is the ideal place to enjoy the best of the Côte Fleurie: relaxation, conviviality and elegance, a stone's throw from the sea.
