Conveniently located steps from Big River and just a mile from downtown Mendocino, this two-story home offers a wonderful home base for all your next adventures! The charming town of Mendocino boasts amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions for all kinds of people. Outdoor enthusiasts will love kayaking and canoeing Big River.



The Space:

This coastal gem enjoys an inviting living room where you can spread out comfortably after a fantastic day exploring Mendocino. Kick your feet up and relax as you stream an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV or play games. A family room attached to the main living room provides you with a private place to unwind and enjoy a meaningful conversation while the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace keeps you nice and toasty during the winter months. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and a wet bar in one of the bedrooms.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This property does not support EV charging. Guests are kindly asked to use public EV chargers available in the area.
