INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury, depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property and guests, please note that we have active exterior security cameras. A sign in the garage in plain sight states this, as one is inside the garage as well. These monitor the exterior perimeter only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.

ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and full bar at Elements.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
