Location, cosy fire, cute neighbourhood, free parking, good kitchen
Ok for the able bodied. Those stairs quite a challenge especially at night. High bathtub making it difficult to get in and out of shower, horrible doors on the bedrooms, grubby front patio, looked uncared for, old mail spilling out of mailbox, supposed spa bath that never filled up because of useless plug

Nice quiet location. House was beautiful and had everything you needed.
The air con in the bedroom.took a while to get going and took too long to cool it down. Had a nice large fan so all good.
