The rooms are very clean and new, there are still some contractions going on but it did not disturb us at all. The beach is little bit small but enough for the amount of guests the hotel can accommodate in this time. We really liked the animation team, they dis really great and hard work. The food taste was great however it would be nice to have more variety and the food from the beach bar wasn’t very good and the kitchen did not look very clean. Thw staff was very caring overall and due to their hard work plus the rooms we decided to give to this hotel quit high rating even though there are still many things to improve.

We did not use the swimmingpool much because it was very cold, unfortunately they will start heating it only next month. The service in the main restaurant was sometimes very slow, maybe the hotel should hire more staff because the staff looked all the time so busy and sometimes the drinks would arrive almost after we already ate all the food. We also didn’t like the pizza in the hotel and we would expect the Á la Carte restaurants to be more professional, it could have more variety and we did not like the buffet in the Á la Carte restaurant because in our opinion it would be better if everything is being served. The desserts from Á la Carte restaurant were not special and we could also find the same desserts in the main restaurant. The drinks from the bars were not bad but we did not like the Ice coffee, this is something what should be improved I also did not find the beds on the beach and swimming pool area so comfortable, maybe this could be improved with any kind of mattress however there was every time enough free beds and the staff on the beach and the swimming pool area was very helpful to prepare the beds for every guest.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The sandy beach was amazing, with beautiful turquoise color. Rooms are very spacious and modernly furnished. The staff was super friendly, cheerful and very helpful! Wonderful landscapes and beach view that can be seen from the rooms and corridors. Even the gym located at the 5th floor had a beautiful view of the beach. The room service was exceptionally great, with cute little towel creations that we came back to everyday :) Thanks to Mr. Kirolos who made sure everything went well and that we had a comfortable stay!

The venue itself is great but not extremely spacious - beach front was a little smaller than expected.
