The staff at the reception was nice.. she help us with every information we wanted.. Shecwas friendly and understanding. I am not sure of the way her name is written.. but thank u Miss Balgeetdan. we also love the free water option

More choices in breakfast such as sausages, bacon and other choices of eggs menu such as scramble, omlete etc.. other.. Though it was hot the pool was toooo cold

What I liked most about the property was the beautiful views, the perfect location, and the relaxing hot tub. The breakfast was also amazing, and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere that made our stay special. Everything was perfect

Opóźnienie w meldowaniu, pokój nie posprzątany tak jak powinien być. Zostawione śmiecie w koszu po poprzednich gościach oraz włosy na prześcieradle( prześcieradło czyste ale...)

The room was great.

The people who work in the reception, work also as hsk, and in the breakfast area. Very often you would not find them in the reception when you needed them. One of the male receptionist was sleeping behind the reception desk on 2 chairs at midnight. When we walked past him, he looked up to us and went back to sleep. We also asked him one time to help us with the adapters, when he came to help us he was rolling his eyes and was unprofessional. The breakfast is not great either, very small, not so much to choose. In my opinion this hotel is a bit overpriced. They have a bar. But dont serve alcohol from it. They also dont have wine glasses, ice e.e.
