The room was nice and clean so much space it was comfortable. Nice view from the pool the staff were amazing.
Too many flies in the room even at the restaurant. Just need a spray to spray them especially where everyone’s gonna have their meals the restaurant.

A truly enchanting retreat where elegant design blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature. Wake up to breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Batur, Mount Abang, and the serene Lake Batur an experience that feels both intimate and timeless. The service is flawlessly delivered with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Each morning begins with a beautifully curated Indonesian and American breakfast, while the lunch and dinner selections elevate every moment with refined flavors and exceptional quality. A destination that captures romance, tranquility, and understated luxury.
As a small suggestion for future enhancement, it might be wonderful to see continued collaboration between stakeholders, management, and the local community in improving the village road access. Certain sections can be uneven or slippery, and while manageable for four wheel drive vehicles, improvements would further enhance comfort and accessibility for all guests. This would beautifully complement an already memorable and exceptional stay.
