The layout of the apartment, the kitchen, the easiness of getting in and out of the building, the pool and location.

Did not feel very welcoming mainly because the people were a bit harsh. If you don’t expect any niceties then it’s a good place to stay close to Utampa with ample space in the apartment and a great kitchen and nice sized pool. Easy with the garage right there .Clean, and safe, not cozy. Barely any other people to deal with. I did not like the cement hallways, that gross smell of a plug-in scent as soon as you enter the apartment, and most definitely did not like the communication with the people running it.

Location is superb! Walking distance to many restaurants. Not too far from Bayshore as well. We enjoyed the pool steps from the apartment and I used the business center to work during the week.

No TV in living room. Not a big deal but with World Cup on we had to use laptops if we wanted to sit in the living area.

We loved that the property was very clean and the separation of the two bedrooms made it very convenient. Loved the pool being right off the balcony.

Nothing.
