The location was great. It was so quiet and spacious! I loved the living room couch !
The only issue is the parking can be tough but that’s to expected in the city!,

The property owner is absolutely fantastic. Quick, reliable communication, always open to hearing about any difficulties with the rental and responding immediately. Aside from that, the location is absolutely unbeatable. Safe, clean neighborhood. Very easy, close walk to restaurants, coffee, groceries and pharmacy. Definitely walkable to Loyola campus.
Parking can occasionally be a challenge, especially later in the evening when all the locals are home. But it’s free, and we never had to walk more than a block, so it’s hard to complain.

Comfortable, clean and cozy.

The property is roomy yet cozy. The location is perfect, half a block off Broadway and two blocks from a Red Line stop. The building is charming.
The towels were thin and scratchy. There is no “garden view.” Check-in was difficult.
