I had an excellent stay at Zameen Aurum, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The two-bedroom apartment was exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and gave a very luxurious feel throughout the stay. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it perfect for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The building itself offers fantastic amenities, including a swimming pool, a dedicated kids’ play area, and even an in-house cinema, which added a unique touch and made the stay even more enjoyable—especially for families. One of the highlights of my stay was the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful at all times. Their hospitality made the experience smooth and stress-free. Security at the property is top-notch, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. It’s definitely a very safe and family-friendly environment. Additionally, the location in Gulberg III is a major advantage. It’s a prime area with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, and other key spots, making it very convenient for visitors. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I would highly recommend Zameen Aurum to anyone looking for a luxurious, secure, and family-friendly place to stay.

Swimming pool was not temperature controlled.

The apartment itself was in a good location and the accommodation was generally comfortable for our short stay. The building appeared modern and the apartment was suitable for an overnight stay.

The main issue was the swimming pool. The pool was an important reason for choosing and booking this property, but we were unable to use it during our stay. This was extremely disappointing, particularly as the facilities advertised formed part of our decision to book. I contacted the landlord about the issue but unfortunately found them uncooperative and no satisfactory solution or compensation was offered. We paid 20,000 PKR for one night and only stayed for around 13 hours, so I felt that we did not receive what we had reasonably expected from the booking.
