Atour Hotel Shanghai Jing'an North XIzang Road Metro Station

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Especially the front desk staff who went out of her way to help us to arrange transport. The room was big, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is focused on making guests feel welcomed & the staff did this very well. Breakfast was good - Asian and Western - good choices of food. The hotel is close to the metro. The cleaning lady helped us for the laundry.

The technology in the room takes a bit getting used to. Cant say anymore because everything was good
