We stayed here as a family of four for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to assist.
The location is brilliant, with easy access to downtown, shopping malls, 24 hour shops and plenty of restaurants. The AI robot service was also a great touch and made our stay even more convenient. 🤖
We were initially concerned about the language barrier, but it was never really a problem. Translation apps worked very well, and the staff were patient and quick to use them when needed.
