Physical location of the building in downtown area was great and a carrefour on walking distance of 2 minutes. I had vehicle and was provided parking inside the building. Most iconic feature of the appartment was the direct and clear view of Burj Khalifa. Almost throughout the night they keep on testing LEDs so it is sort of forever light show.
Appartment is well decorated and had few ceramics decorations like vase and a statue. I believe it should be replaced with un-breakable items as sometimes kids may accidentally break them. During my visit, a family came to see so I hid all these fragile items.

Excellent location
Daily housekeeping to be provided.
There's no glass door for the bath area and water spilled outside.
Tea coffee refreshments should be available.
