Architecture, cleanliness, service of the staff. Highly polite and cooperative, location being just 1.6km from city centre making everything so accessible.

The stay was wonderful, with the property conveniently located close to the city center. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooftop view was amazing and added to the overall experience. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were available, and the food was homely, fresh, and full of flavor. The owner was very kind and understanding, and upon request, we were upgraded to a more comfortable room when the initial one did not meet our expectations. The hotel is relatively new (around two years old), and all the rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. Tea and coffee were readily available whenever we ordered, and both were excellent. We stayed as a family, and everyone truly enjoyed the experience. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort, and the stay was also very affordable. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting the city.
