The large wooded lot at the end of the gravel road offers privacy and excellent bird watching, while not blocking the spectacular views of Lake Murray. The mists over the lake in the morning are just exquisite, and since the house is at the southwestern reaches of the lake, it is very quiet. We highly recommend enjoying coffee on the back patio or dock before heading out on the kayaks. -- THE PROPERTY -- The large granite kitchen island is the perfect breakfast bar with comfy stools, and the entire kitchen/dining room/living room is one large open floor plan. The main bedroom & main en-suite bath are at one end of the house, separate from the other 3 bedrooms and the bonus lounge (2nd living room area). Outside, the expansive, fenced backyard provides a safe and fun space for kids and dogs to play, complete with a playset and direct access to the dock.
