Location, cleanness and stuff

Breakfast was ok but a buffet breakfast could be better and give to the guests more options. I will definitely add a garbage basket to the room, there is only a tiny one on the bathroom.

Localização e custo/beneficio.

Aquecimento da água do banheiro, pois hora estava quente e as vezes resfriava.

The breakfast menu was impressive. I enjoyed the restaurant's views as well. The staff were so helpful that I missed them on the days I didn't have breakfast.LOL

Honestly, everything was exceptional. The one thing I would incorporate is a coffee maker in the room. That would be an improvement.

La ubicación

No hay ya jacuzzi o piscina para uno relajarse un poco. Deberian al menos habilitar un espacio para gimnasio tambien. Mi mayor frustración fue el tema de la reposición de la llave de la habitación. Increíblemente el costo de reponer la llave de la habitación te cuesta el 50% del costo de la habitación completa por noche, es absurdo. Es más favorable que habiliten códigos de entrar a habitaciones pues ya tienen las cerraduras inteligentes o buscar otro método que realmente no impacte tanto el bolsillo del huésped cuando se vea afectado por esta situación incomoda. Me decepcione mucho cuando me cobraron COP100,000 por esa llave, es de verdad abusivo.
