The location is perfect, a lot of bars and restaurants in the area and easy to get to the underground system. Comfortable bed.
The bathroom smelled of mold and there was mold in the corners. The aircon smelled of vinegar, would have wanted to use it one night, but impossible with the smell. Also the outside aircon unit of another room is in front of the window, so it was loud if I wanted to ventilate and I needed to use earplugs for sleeping.

Location is great, a short walk way from two stations. Easy access to both airports and the rest of Seoul.
Near a university so lively on certain days at night. Next to many excellent local bars and restaurants.
Cost was great considering it is a capital city.
I personally didn't need help from the staff but they seemed to be friendly and attentive.
Bed was uncomfortable; I could feel springs digging into my back, giving me shoulder and back issues.
Toilet is right next to the door, you have next to no room to maneuver.
Toilet and shower didn't seem the cleanest, the toilet room seemed to always have an unpleasant smell.
Some of the rooms were in a different building, and that building was kind of spooky.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered great value for the price. The staff were friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help.
The sink drainage had a small issue, but it was handled quickly after we reported it. Other than that, everything was good
