Central location was good but has to be balanced against the late night noise from the adjacent Gin Bar

The address was very difficult to find. It is 3A but it is 50m up the street and around a corner from number 3 in a completely different building. The instructions tell you where to park and advise to ignore the warning signs for a parking fine. This is quite disconcerting as the signs say unauthorised parking will a face £100 fine. The property description does not say that it is at the top of two narrow sets of stairs. This made it challenging to take bags up and down. The description should be clear that it is unsuitable for anyone disabled or with mobility challenges. The location of the fridge and freezer away from the kitchen in the laundry room made meal times challenging. The laundry itself was filled by an airer with bedding and towels from the last tenants being dried. The house and in particular the carpets were covered in long dark hair. The place needed a deep clean that goes further than dusting obvious surfaces. The kitchen was basic and offered limited utensils to cook. The TV would not tune into terrestrial channels and was not connected to the wall coaxial cable point. When the owner was asked to help he replied saying “I’ve never used the TV. Press guide?”, which was not at all helpful.

Location, modern and clean

Need a bath mat. Pity the fridge wasn't in the kitchen.

The location was perfect. Really central and close to shops, pubs, cafes etc.

The only down side was there were a lot of steps.

Nice and clean and good location for town centre

Heating didn't work , controller was locked out , managed to get the boiler working but would only heat the radiators for approx 30 mins .
