Own private room with balcony and bathroom, long pillow for bed was a great bonus. The pool is lovely but wasn’t informed about what time you’re not allowed in the pool at night
Staff were helpful when I had an issue with the bathroom and showed me into the building when first arrived
Staff double booked me by accident and I last minute had to find somewhere else which caused distress. Got aired when I told staff that I had left the key in reception rather than in the room as you need the keycard to get out the building.
No cleaning during stay, would’ve been nice to have someone empty the bin in the bathroom at least
