Roswyn, A Morgans Originals Hotel

Excellent hotel with outstanding hospitality. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, and the service was excellent. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, very clean and has a premium look and feel. The amenities were excellent as well. Food quality was generally very good, with some dishes being particularly excellent. Overall, we were very impressed with the standard of the hotel and the treatment we received from the staff.

The main drawback is the location if you are visiting Mumbai for sightseeing or a vacation. It is very convenient for airport transits and short stays, but reaching places such as Juhu Beach can take around 45 minutes, while attractions in South Mumbai such as the Gateway of India can take well over an hour depending on traffic. The hotel’s cab service was also quite expensive, although the vehicles and service were very professional, so the premium was understandable. One small point: the in-room minibar seemed to have a charge for almost everything, including soft drinks and chocolates. Considering the room rates and the hotel’s five-star positioning, it would have been a nice touch to include a few basic minibar refreshments complimentary.

Sahaj, the Guest Relationship Manager, truly made our stay special. His attention to detail in curating our very short stay was phenomenal. Mohit was equally wonderful—he helped plan everything seamlessly, and his suggestions along with pre-booking of activities worked perfectly. A beautiful property supported by an extremely efficient and thoughtful team. A memorable experience overall.
