Designed for milestone gatherings, retreats, reunions, and elevated group stays, our home offers generous gathering spaces, gourmet kitchens, theatre and media rooms, a golf & multi-sport simulator, outdoor areas, a private elevator, and zero-entry shower options—space to come together and retreat in comfort.

Our home includes a private elevator, wide pathways, zero-entry shower options, a wall-mounted shower seat, and a gently curving ramp at the main entrance, along with two shallow entry steps and iron handrails.
Guests with specific mobility or care-related questions are warmly encouraged to reach out so we can help them feel prepared and confident before arrival.
Fire Features + Local Regulations
Outdoor fire features, including the fire pits, are subject to state and local burn regulations.
During periods of elevated wildfire risk, statewide, county-level, or local burn restrictions may prohibit outdoor burning, including in residential areas. When these restrictions are in effect, outdoor fire features will not be available for guest use.

Seeking a getaway location with all the bells and whistles AND accessibility features for all generations?Look no further...this property provides ALL your needs plus wants you never even considered. To put the icing on the cake, the hosts are amazing!! My family enjoyed this property so much. This was a perfect get getaway which incorporated tons of "fun" options, limitless kitchen amenities greatly appreciated by my family of cooks, and many spaces to chill inside as well as outside at the fire pit (s'mores included!) If you get the pleasure of renting, check every corner or you may miss a hidden gem. :-) Simply amazing!!

This property was absolutely gorgeous and had every amenity you could ask for. It was perfect for hosting a large family gathering, with so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves.The game simulator room was a huge hit, arcade games, and the two movie theater rooms gave both kids and adults plenty to do. The bedrooms were modern, comfortable, and well-appointed, with plenty of beautifully renovated bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for entertaining, with everything from serveware to a cake plate, and everything was labeled and easy to find.The owners really thought of everything. There was a s’mores kit ready for us to use, and both firepits were already set up with wood. The outdoor spaces were wonderful, including one large gathering area with lots of seating and another more cozy, secluded space. The smart furniture with built-in USB and electrical outlets was also a great touch, especially for anyone needing to work during the stay.The elevator made it much easier to accommodate older guests and access the basement and upper-floor bedrooms. The huge dining table was perfect for gathering everyone together.Communication with the owners was excellent, and you can tell they have put their hearts into this property. They truly care about creating a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable space for their guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend it!

We can’t thank Garrick and Sheila enough for making our stay so amazing! This is our second year staying at their beautiful house and we can’t say enough nice things. The list is endless… We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, functional, high-end place to house their family and friends during their time in Raleigh, NC.
We can’t wait to comeback next year!
