Radiant floor heating throughout provides exceptional comfort without furnace blower dust & noise. A gas fireplace provides additional warmth and great ambience in the winter months. The living area contains a full double sink bathroom, with an additional half bath. Downstairs you will find the finished garage with a ping pong table, cornhole and some casual seating. For those with an electric vehicle the car port has a level 2EV charger installed for your use.



The location is perfection as well. Six wineries are within a short 5-10 min walk from the house. In the car you are less than three minutes to downtown Dundee where you’ll find fabulous restaurants and wineries showcasing boutique and international brands. To the west you are a couple minutes to another dozen amazing wineries and vineyards. You would be hard pressed to find a more wonderfully located vacation home in the entire region.
