This spacious main room is divided in 2 parts : the dining area with a table that will accommodate up to 6 people (from where you can still see what is happening in the kitchen as there is an opening on the wall), and the living-room. You will find there couches and a sofa. Majestic mirrors have pride of place over the two fireplaces on each side of the living-room. All the windows of this room look onto Malher Street and face the beginning of Rosiers Street. It is therefore really quiet but close to the lively part of Le Marais. An elegant other room next to the living-room serves as an office. You will have the luxury of working in a quiet environment in a dedicated room. The toilet is accessible just in front of the office. Then you reach the 2 separate bedrooms, each of them has a double bed. One gives onto Malher Street, the other on a courtyard behind the building. This one has its own bathroom with a bathtub. Another bathroom, smaller, with a walk-in shower, is accessible from the corridor near the entrance door of this Paris rental apartment.
