Aquatika Beach Resort, Loiza, PR!!!!!!!
Located on the first floor; modern and comfortable, just a few steps from the beach and facing the main pools (balcony views of the pool and beach) within the Aquatika Beach Resort complex. This elegant, newly renovated space is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing tropical getaway.

Our first-floor apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single bunk beds. The apartment also has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area.

You’ll love spending time on our balcony, which is perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a meal and/or your favorite drink outdoors while taking in the charming view of the pool, the lazy river, and the garden. We also provide beach chairs, so you can enjoy direct access to the beach in comfort.

To ensure everyone has a great time and to guarantee everyone’s safety, the resort requires guests to wear wristbands when using the facilities. But don’t worry—we’ll help you out!!! We’ll make sure to have wristbands ready for everyone in your group when you arrive. Just let us know the names of everyone in your group ahead of time, and we’ll have everything ready for you. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us. To ensure the safety of everyone within the Aquatika condo complex, we ask that you do not bring additional guests during your stay. This policy has been established by the resort management for your peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Other Important Information

AQUATIKA has a strict access control policy for its facilities. Once the reservation is confirmed, guests must provide the names of those who will be staying in the accommodation. Failure to do so may result in delays at check-in or denial of entry by security. According to Aquatika’s policy, the maximum capacity for each apartment is 8 guests. Only registered guests may enter the resort. VISITORS are not permitted; we appreciate your cooperation.

The Aquatika resort requires all guests to wear a resort-style wristband during their stay. Wristbands will be provided to guests upon check-in with the security guards. These wristbands must be worn at all times so that resort security can identify authorized guests.

We are delighted to have you as our guest and want you to feel at home during your stay at our property in Puerto Rico. To ensure your comfort, we have provided freshly laundered linens and towels for your use, including one bath towel per guest and at least four beach/pool towels. We’ve also provided at least four beach chairs and an ice cooler for you to take to the beach.

To help your vacation get off to a great start, we’ve included some single-use amenities, such as shower gel and shampoo for each bathroom, three trash bags, one roll of paper towels, three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and a dish sponge. While we make sure to provide you with the essentials, please note that we do not offer unlimited disposable supplies. It is your responsibility to check the supplies we provide and stock up on anything else you may need for your stay.

Resort service hours:

The pools are open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

The beach gate will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

**NOTE: The pool’s water slide is open only on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**

➡️There may be noise; we’re located across from one of the pools, and it stays open until 1:00 a.m.

➡️Water slide on weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Private beach access until 7:00 p.m.

We have no control over changes in the operating hours of the pools and/or resort amenities, or over maintenance of the pools and common areas. The resort has 5 pools, and generally, if one is undergoing maintenance, it will not affect your stay since you can enjoy the other pools.

➡️Aquatika Beach Resort is located just steps from the beach, so please be aware that you may notice some unusual odors; which some may find “unpleasant” due to the proximity to the ocean—this is beyond our control. The same goes for mosquitoes and/or insects, which are common in coastal areas.

We recommend taking out the trash daily and not leaving food outside the refrigerator. We’re located in an area with palm trees, so ants will be present. If you are traveling with children, we recommend avoiding leaving candy wrappers and food scraps lying around, especially in the kitchen area.

**The complex has 5 swimming pools (the lazy river is currently under renovation and unavailable); We have no control over the use and maintenance of the pools, so the complex decides when they will be open and for how long any of them may be out of service if necessary.

THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN ELECTRIC GENERATOR. You may experience power outages, as the PREPA infrastructure in Puerto Rico is quite fragile; this is beyond our control. These outages may be short-term or, on occasion, longer-term, depending on the severity of the failure. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY EVENT BEYOND OUR CONTROL.



** Travel Insurance **

We understand that trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays happen. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to ensure your reservation is protected. Unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you’ll want to be covered. We do not provide refunds for reasons beyond our control.

We want your stay to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions during your stay. 🚨🚨🚨🚨As is widely known throughout Puerto Rico, we are currently experiencing scheduled water service interruptions (water rationing) due to the ongoing drought. This is a seasonal situation caused by below-average rainfall.

🚨🚨We would like to inform you that our accommodation has a private backup cistern, so water is available. However, we kindly ask all guests to use water responsibly and sparingly, as the cistern is intended to serve as a backup system rather than a continuous or unlimited water supply.

The complex also has its own central cistern that supplies the common areas and amenities and supports the accommodations during scheduled water service interruptions. This system operates on established schedules to ensure fair and efficient distribution of water.

In addition, a water tanker truck has been stationed at the entrance of the complex to replenish the main cistern as needed, helping to maintain water service within the current limitations.

In summary, despite the water rationing, the complex is well prepared to continue providing water service. Our accommodation also has its own backup cistern, and we kindly ask that you use water wisely so that you and your group can enjoy your stay comfortably.

We also encourage you to enjoy the swimming pools, the beach, and the nearby amenities while staying informed about the official notices posted throughout the complex regarding the cistern’s operating schedule.
