The bedroom and its en-suite shower room are up a further flight of stairs on the second floor.

Outside, you can follow the sunshine and choose between the paved terrace to the front of the property, with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue in warmer months; or wander around to the walled courtyard at the rear with lovely views of the communal landscaped gardens including a trickling stream.

Blockley's beautiful church, churchyard and vicarage are used for the filming of "Father Brown", a popular period BBC detective drama. The village boasts many other historic buildings including a converted water mill along the brook; a fabulous community run café and well stocked shop; and two pubs within walking distance.
