Radisson Hotel Phagwara

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the team. A special thank you to: * Front Office Manager: Viviek Sharma * F&B Management: Harpreet and Saurav * Restaurant Team: Bhupinder, Gaurav, Jasmeet, Narayan, Paramjit, Priya, and Sheetal * Bar: Priya * Door/Security: Ajay, Harpreet, and Rajwant * Housekeeping: Parthiv Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. They were particularly warm, kind, and attentive towards our 9-year-old son, who was made to feel genuinely welcome and included throughout our stay. Their friendly interactions and thoughtful approach meant a great deal to our family and helped make our stay even more special. All of the amenities were great, from the pool to the restaurant and bar. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit. The service was exceptional, the food was excellent, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff made all the difference. We look forward to returning in the future! Thank you all so much!!
