The home was clean, beds were comfortable, the towels were large and soft and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. It was very quiet and peaceful, and we were even able to see the fireworks on the 4th. If I had a negative, it would be nice to have a dishwasher since I did do some light cooking while there. Also, my husband walks with a cane so it would be helpful to have a handrail for the steps into the front door. Overall, it was a place that I will definitely book again.

Even though we had the issue with the water pump, the property was nice. I would rent it again.

It was a perfect little getaway. The pictures accurately represented the property great location central to Fort Bragg and Mendocino very nicely updated the hot tub was clean and warm and ready for us when we were ready and the property felt very private with a tall fence surrounding it.
