★ A hold of £300 will be placed on your card 2 days before check-out as a security deposit. This is not a charge, and the hold will be automatically released 5 days after check-out, provided there are no deductions for damages. Any necessary deductions will be communicated to you prior to processing.
★ Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to resolve them for you as soon as possible.
★ Please be mindful of our neighbours. This is a residential neighbourhood, so we kindly ask that there be no noise after 10pm.
★ Pets allowed - charges apply of £10 per pet per night. Charged separately to booking. No dogs allowed on furniture or beds. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
★ No smoking, and no parties or events – thank you!
