Great location & set up of the house, ideal for large groups. Lots of room for parking. 2 minute walk from the beach which was convenient. The whole place just didn’t feel very clean overall. Tons of jelly beans, dog hair & trash under the couch, stuff in the kitchen not clean, pillow case in the master was falling apart. One of the units had a really funky smell, possibly from a dog. Windows on the first floor didn’t have screens which is scary how accessible the windows are in the bunk/kids room & the bathroom, so didn’t love that from a safety perspective. Bunch of skid marks & paint marks on the wall. Good place for the price & would recommend but don’t expect it to feel or look very clean.

Overall a nice place! The location is very nice, you can see the ocean from the balconies, and getting to the beach is easy (two access points within 1 minutes walking distance). There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen (plates, cups, silverware, as well as utensils for cooking and big bowls, oven pans, etc). We brought food with us and made it the whole stay, and the kitchens were well stocked to help with that. The only "negatives" of the stay: make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels with you. (We knew there might not be a lot, and brought our own, which we did end up using some of). There were two extra toilet paper rolls per bathroom, which ended up not being quite enough for 5 full days and 20 people. It was also pretty clean when we got there, nothing super noticably dirty except the inside of the fridges and freezers had not been wiped out very well. The beds were made well and the floors were clean!The only other issue we noticed was the downstairs bathrooms didn't drain well (the shower or the sink), so anyone using the shower would end up standing in the water which was yucky. The upstairs showers were fine, though! One of the ovens was also giving us some trouble, so we were only able to use one of them for the majority of the cooking. Wasn't a huge deal since we only needed one at a time, but definitely would have been easier if both were more reliable.Overall it was a really fine time with family and friends!
