Enjoy new decor and furnishings throughout, a back patio with a firepit and a view of the mountains, and a private hot tub to indulge in each evening.
Built in 2022, this home is located in Manhattan Beach, a quiet oceanside neighborhood at the north end of Rockaway Beach. You can walk to the beach in about a minute to spend your days surfing, clamming, and collecting seashells. There's so much to do and explore nearby, including Manhattan Beach State Recreation Site (less than a mile), the bustling shops and eateries of downtown Rockaway (just over a mile), the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad (seven miles), the Manzanita Links (11 miles), and the Tillamook Creamery (14 miles).
Wake up each morning to peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the bedrooms and balcony upstairs. Downstairs on the main floor, there's a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances where you can fix your morning coffee, flip pancakes on the gas range, and set the dining room table for a family breakfast.
After a day spent at the beach, come home to unwind in central air-conditioning or gather outside on the patio for a barbecue on the gas grill and marshmallows roasted over the smokeless firepit. Stargaze from the warmth of the hot tub before heading back indoors to curl up on the leather sofas, play board games by the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite movies on the living room TV. This was a fantastic spot that we will certainly stay again. The house was clean and everything was thoughtfully laid out for a nice, relaxing stay. The back yard was spacious, and the hot tub and fire pit were excellent touches for getting outdoor. You're right next to the beach, so long beach walks were extremely easy. It's also away from the main part of town, so the beach was quiet and relaxing.Certainly one of the better rental experiences I've had and I am looking forward to coming back again.

Needed more dish towels, better foil, more trash bags, needs to have recycle bin for plastic and cans.Barbequer ran out of propane on 2nd dayocki g door is always complicated.
