The little house is located 200 m from the large beach of the dunes of Bretignolles-sur-Mer. This beach is famous for its SURFING spot. Brétignolles-sur-Mer is a family seaside resort, located between St Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Les Sables d'Olonne. It is located in a quiet residential area and your tranquility is assured.
It is composed of a bedroom (bed 140X190, a living room (sofa bed for 2 people, with a real comfortable mattress) - equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, kettle, toaster, Dolce gusto coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery..), a bathroom with walk-in shower with toilet.
Flat screen TV.
-Hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner and free Wi-Fi (fibre).

Basic equipment:
-Toilet paper, pillows, duvets and hangers provided.
-Bed linen is provided, and beds are made on arrival.
-bath mats and 2 dish towels are provided.
End of stay cleaning included.

Towels are not provided. Possibility of towel rental (6 € per person), to be requested at the time of booking.
