Great location and reasonable price

The room was good but a couple of things let it down, outside lights/heater around the hot tub didn’t work, the hose for topping hot tub just left lying outside the door, didn’t look great and was a trip hazard, the hairdryer/ bathroom mirror light didn’t work.

Lovely large room with everything we needed

Having a fridge and small kitchen area, with kettle, toaster, and air fryer, as well as cups, plates, and cutlery was why we chose this room. The ensuite is of a good size, with a reasonable shower. The bed was comfortable and the TV was well placed. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Town Centre and beaches.

Although washing up liquid and a sponge were provided, there was no plug for the sink or basin for the dishes so you couldn't easily wash them. Even if we could, there was no tea towel for drying them. Despite leaving the 'please service our room' sign at 1130, the room was not serviced and I had to chase for towels when we got back at 1600. That was a challenge, because the email OOO tells you they will respond in 48 hours, and the phone number was never answered and had no facility to leave a message. Not having reception staff or easy comms (eg WhatsApp) would put us off using this hotel again, which is a pity.
