Appartement exceptionnel !

Arrival information was clear and easy to obtain, the app used was excellent but a shame that the host never replied to any form of contact. We tried on several occasions via multiple channels and were ignored, we were just lucky that we didnt need to hold of them for an emergency or issue with the property. Booking.com also marked my booked as not booked by me which meant we couldnt not message through this platform, not the hosts fault but not ideal!
Please go and review the cleaning standards of this property. Beds, kitchen and bathrooms where clean however lots of historical dust in every room, previous guests underwear found under one of the beds too which is pretty disgusting and the more you looked the more you saw. We were out everyday so didn't look too hard!! We only stayed for 3 nights and were busy everyday and night, however had we of complained about the cleaning standards this would have been ignored anyway, as we were unable to contact the host.
