Na minus śmierdząca klimatyzacja i bezpieczeństwo w nocy. Bardzo dziwni ludzie chodzący po piętrze.

The property is in a great location that is easily accessible to the train station, the beach, the port and many other areas in Nice you might want to get to. Very easily accessible by foot, plus there’s an elevator in the property.
It could’ve been a little cleaner, there was a huge stain on the curtain above the bed, which is off-putting, it could be a little more updated and the door is stiff to open at times. Also, if you are someone with skin allergies/sensitive skin, I’d recommend looking elsewhere because I had a bad skin reactive from the detergent being used for the sheets and towels in the Airbnb. I advised this property owner, but I don’t think they’re willing to change it.
