This host was amazing. Our original booking never provided the house access code. At 1030 pm they responded to a phone call and provided access. What a lifesaver. The home has a lot of potential. Four bedrooms with 3 bathrooms are great. We only needed two rooms, but the house could easily handle 8 people. We needed a couple of things during our 5-day stay, and they responded promptly.
There is a horrible smell of stale old cigarette smoke. It's impossible to ignore. You have to have the windows open at all times; otherwise it's unbearable. It's obvious they have tried to remove the smell, but unfortunately it's still there. The house has been refurbished, but it has so many quirky things left to complete; I would love to see them finish. I think it would really be worth it if they did.
