Suite 5 is very big , plenty of space around the bed and in the kitchen. Personal favourite was the bathroom. Unlike many other places, here the shower is big and there’s plenty of room around the WC to sit properly on it. Everything was exceptionally clean! I couldn’t find a single hair or a grain of dust.. spotless!!! Kitchen well equipped , mini fridge is quite big.

Nothing really bothered me that much but some people may want to know a few things and some of those things could be improved. Things that cannot be improved: location , view and noise. As advertised, location is about 15 minutes walk from the town centre but there are supermarkets , restaurants , bars and shops nearby. There is a bus stop not too far and taxi costs 7euros. View from my room was at pavement level so i saw car tyres and feet. Didn’t care too much. A bit noisy probably due to thin walls, i could hear everything from adjacent rooms in every direction and if people walking past on the street are talking, you hear them like they are in the room with you. Things that can be improved: cleaning and change of sheets and towels only after 7days. At least an extra towel wouldn’t be too much effort. Miniature shower gel sachets and toilet paper provided not enough for a 5-nights stay like mine but the supermarket around the corner has shower gel for 1euro and TP for 2euros so no big deal. A shelf in the shower would help to put shower products. Finally, due to location and all the little things i just said, maybe the price is a bit too high.

Smestaj je nov, odlicno opremljen, cist i uredan. Nismo imali nikakvih problema, lako prijavljivanje i ulazak u zgradu i sobu. Blizu su radnje, autobuska stanica, brza hrana, tako da sve preporuke.

Jedino sto nema je ves masina, pa smo nosili u samousluznu peionicu. I bilo nam je teze malo da susimo mokre peskire posle plaze jer nismo imali gde da ih ostavimo da se suse.

Positiv: Der Check-in war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft verlief schnell und problemlos. Ein Supermarkt sowie Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist. Positiv hervorzuheben sind außerdem der Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, der starke Wasserdruck in der Dusche, ein vorhandener Ganzkörperspiegel sowie die Dolce-Gusto-Kaffeemaschine (allerdings mit nur zwei Kapseln).

Negativ: Der Wasserboiler ist für zwei Personen zu knapp bemessen – die zweite Person muss bereits mit kaltem Wasser duschen. Es gibt sehr wenig Stauraum, lediglich drei Kleiderbügel standen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist zudem sehr hellhörig und laut (insbesondere in Suite 7), sowohl durch Geräusche von innen als auch von außen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere der Boden war nicht gründlich gereinigt. Ein Wasserkocher fehlt komplett. Außerdem wird man im Vorfeld mit Informationen (über Booking und WhatsApp) regelrecht überhäuft. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb. Die Haushaltsausstattung ist auf ein Minimum reduziert – für vier Tage und zwei Personen standen z. B. nur ein Spülschwamm, ein Trockentuch, ein Spültuch, zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier sowie je ein kleines Sachet Shampoo und Duschgel zur Verfügung. Enttäuschend war auch, dass unserer bereits bei der Buchung geäußerten Bitte nach zwei getrennten Bettdecken nicht nachgekommen wurde. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei und eine große Decke ausreichen müsse. Da viele Gäste separate Decken bevorzugen, sollte zumindest eine Ersatzdecke vorhanden sein – auch für unvorhergesehene Situationen. Außerdem fanden wir es sehr dreist, dass man im Nachgang angeschrieben wurde, mit der Bitte nach einer positiven Bewertung. Falls negative Punkte aufgetreten wären, sollten wir bitte nicht bewerten und diese persönlich kund tun.. Schade !
