A modern 70-square-meter apartment, located in an area close to downtown but away from the noise of nightlife, completely renovated in late 2017 by a historic architecture firm in Palermo and dedicated to Luigi Pirandello. It stands out for its modern design and the originality of its ceilings. The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a 55-inch Samsung TV, and a small balcony with an Art Nouveau-style coffee table and two chairs… perfect for some fresh air!!! The apartment is particularly well-suited for families or groups given the number of sleeping accommodations available (4 + 2 on a sofa bed).
