The main level opens to a bright living room with river-facing windows in the kitchen and a heated electric fireplace for cozy nights in. A 55" smart TV sits opposite a comfortable seating area, and the coffee bar kicks off slow mornings. The first-floor king bedroom sits near a full bath—easy access for anyone avoiding the stairs.

Up the interior staircase, the loft king bedroom overlooks the living room (open loft, not fully enclosed) and features a private ensuite bath—ideal for pairs who want their own space.
