The manager of the property was very helpful and meticulous in his planning. Also very approachable, friendly and anxious to please. He is clearly committed to ensure that customers are happy with their stay in his accommodation. The accommodation is of a high standard, probably the best I used in Italy and offers very good value in comparison with other places I stayed. The accommodation is in a quiet area, but access to travel links are good. The metro is a short walk away and buses run close by. There are good restaurants in the area, but also fast food outlets and plenty of shops to buy food as a fridge is available in the room. If you don't wish to have breakfast in the accommodation there is a good cafe very close by with pleasant outdoor seating.

The room was clean and comfortable and in a nice quiet location but still easy to get places, with a great view from the balcony.
The owner was very helpful arranging the transfers to and from the airport.
Would definitely recommend.
