Check in at the Regal Palms front desk when you arrive. You'll get your wristbands there (up to 10, one per registered guest; they're required for the pools and waterpark). After that, smart-lock self check-in at the home is easy.
Parking: the driveway fits 2 cars. Extra parking is available near the clubhouse for a daily resort fee.

We will send check-in details before you arrive and are happy to share our favourite park tips, restaurants and grocery delivery options.

• Early check-in / late checkout: request by 10 AM the day before (fees may apply).
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please message us to add anyone.
• Parking is limited to 2 cars in the driveway (no street or grass parking).
• No EV charging at the resort.
• Starter supplies are provided (toiletries, paper goods, detergent, coffee, tea, and basics). Longer stays may need to restock.
• Please use resort towels at the pool; house towels stay in the home.
• Keep windows and doors closed so the A/C runs properly in Florida humidity.
• Grilling at the townhome isn't permitted. Use the resort grills.
• Exterior security cameras are installed for your safety.
• Mid-stay cleaning is available on request for a fee.

Our stay was outstanding. We have been to this resort multiple years and this was the best place to date. The customer service was above and beyond. Always in communication and meeting our every need promptly. I highly recommend this place for family vacations. The beds were comfortable. I love the room darkening drapes.

The location for the parks was great. The staff at Farrells were great and the food was very good. The location of this property to the pool was perfect! The host was outstanding. Checking in and out was seamless. The location is secure and perfect for family fun.

Location and Regal Palms amenities were top notch! The host for this property was incredibly responsive and addressed every issue. The main problem was the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Upon entering the home, the overwhelming food smell was enough to take you out. It took days to eliminate it. The home needs a deep clean as all corners, high areas, and surfaces need dusted and/or scrubbed.
